The reset trigger kit for the Glock is very clever. Compared to other training systems, you have an actual Glock, so presentation, indexing, and crosshair alignment take place in your shotgun. You can also practice Type 1 and Type 2 failures. Because the trigger is never triggered, the Type 3 drill requires an actual gun to malfunction. The reset trigger looks a little different because it uses the M&P design. Still, after a few days of use, I can say it's a good workout and it's really nice not having to switch locks between trigger pulls. My biggest complaint about the reset trigger is that it has a new trigger safety, which means that even when the trigger safety is fully depressed, it extends beyond the surface of the trigger shoe. Fortunately, with a little knowledge and a few minutes with an X-Acto knife, you can alleviate this problem. Lots to say but reviews must be under 1000 characters.
I love the trigger and the laser. Of course it's nothing like the original, but it helps me stay on my feet from the terror of Covid-19. Worth the investment for me. I use it with the powerful Mantis-X combination.
This trigger is great. I have a different laser cartridge than the one sold here and it works with it as well. It's loud enough to be annoying to others and completely different from my normal triggers. I'll probably work on it a bit to see if I can make it feel better. The trigger face definitely needs work. Regardless of any shortcomings, I recommend it to anyone who wants to do more than just poke around at the shooting range. My home training really made a difference.
One thing I wanted to make sure was that I didn't have a gun with a reset trigger and a laser cartridge mixed in with my other guns. During installation, you need to remove the extractor. Then you can reduce it or put it back. I left mine. I can now look inside and see the laser module as well as the apparently missing extractor. I like it because I don't want to pick it up in an emergency and fire lasers instead of bullets. Unfortunately, this isn't that kind of laser weapon.

I bought this reset trigger about 5 years ago and put off dryfire training until last week when I reinstalled the reset trigger on my Gen 4 Glock 19. It won't work! I was amazed and finally figured out the problem, I was using a custom slide overlay board. You must use the factory cover or the reset trigger will not work on the Invader. You must use the Glock OEM sliding cover plate!
