The Reset Trigger Kit for Glock is very clever. Compared to other training systems, it is a real Glock, so your pointer, indexing and sight alignment will all transfer to your rifle. You can even deal with type 1 and type 2 disorders. Because the trigger never drops, type 3 defect drills require a real gun. The Reset Trigger feels a little different because it uses the M&P design. However, after a few days of using it, I can say that it is a good drill, and it is really nice not to have to turn the slide between trigger pulls. Love the trigger and laser. Sure, it doesn't have the punch of the real thing, but it's helping keep me on my game since the covid-19 scare. Worth the investment for me. I use Mantis-X with a powerful combination.
This trigger is great. I already had a different laser cartridge than the one sold here and it works. It's loud enough to annoy others and the feel is very different from my usual bike. Maybe I'll do some exercise to see if I can feel better. The trigger face definitely needs work. Despite any drawbacks, I recommend it to anyone who wants to do more than just dive into the range. It really changed my homeschooling.
One thing I would like to clarify is that I did not get my pistol with a reloading trigger and a laser cartridge mixed in with my other pistols. When installing, remove the extractor. Then you can put it away or put it back. I pulled myself out. Now I can see and see the laser module as well as the extractor clearly disappearing. I like this because I don't want to take it in an emergency and fire a laser instead of an arrow. Unfortunately, it is not that laser gun.
I bought this reset trigger about 5 years ago and stopped dry fire training until last week when I rebuilt my reset trigger on a Gen 4 Glock 19! This will not work! I was surprised and finally found the problem, using a standard slide cover plate. You must use the factory cover plate or the reset trigger will not pull the striker. Must use Glock OEM slide cover plate!
